Dr. Mujahid Siddiqui is currently working as Deputy Director with Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies and Research and is associated with the institute for over 19 years. He is Mechanical Engineer who has worked across five sectors in various capacities, including a 3 years stint overseas. He has also worked with S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, before working with DAIMSR. Dr. Siddiqui also heads the Quality Initiative at his institution and has developed many quality solutions based on technology and process improvements. Apart from a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Dr. Siddiqui holds Master degree in Management, a Master’s Degree in Law and is a Postgraduate in Psychology and Journalism. He holds a Ph.D. in Management. He is also qualified UGC-NET in Management. Dr. Siddiqui has published more than 25 research papers in some of the leading journals indexed in Web of Science, ABDC and Scopus. He has guided 8 Ph.D. students and has presented papers in conferences at IIM Ahmedabad, IIM, Bangalore, IIM, Rohtak. His 4 research papers have been awarded the best paper awards in International Conferences. Apart from teaching Financial Management and Business Law, and Consumer behavior, Dr. Siddiqui is consultant to few industries in the area of Analytics in Measurements of Power Plants. He also works as a Director in Tascore Innovations Pvt. Ltd., a technology company providing technology solutions to educational institutions.
