Dr. Monika Jain is a distinguished academician, researcher, and social advocate with over two decades of experience in education and mentorship. She serves as the Head of the BCCA Department at Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies and Research, Nagpur, playing a pivotal role in shaping the academic and professional journeys of her students. A prolific author, Dr. Jain has written more than 10 books on Cloud Computing, Business Analytics, Internet of Things, Big Data, Human Resource Management, and more. She has presented and published over 30 research papers in national and international journals, including UGC-listed and Scopus-indexed publications, and has been honored with Best Paper Awards at multiple prestigious conferences. She has served as an NPTEL course translator for the course “Introduction to Parallel Programming in OpenMP” and ""Software Testing"". Additionally, she is a dedicated member of esteemed organizations such as PEACE and JATAN Sanstha, continuing her efforts toward education, research, and social welfare. Beyond academics, Dr. Jain is actively engaged in social initiatives. As the Vice-President of the Delhi State Rural Development Council, she has contributed to sustainable solutions such as e-bio toilets, promoting better sanitation and water conservation. Her research also focuses on inclusive education, womens health, and hygiene, leading to the development of awareness programs on organic menstrual products and their environmental impact.
