Dr. Prachita A. Patil an Assistant professor of Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies & Research, Deeskahbhoomi, Nagpur. is associated since last 2.5 years. She is currently handling Mentoring Records and Guest Lecture. She has worked for 2 years as an Executive in Operations at SBI Life Insurance, Nagpur. And then she worked as Teaching Assistant at SIBM, Nagpur for 1.5 years. She has completed BE (EXTC), MBA (HR. & Marketing) and Ph. D on the topic “Psychodynamics of Women Entrepreneurs: Issues and Concerns” from VNIT, Nagpur and currently pursuing M.com at (IGNOU). Besides this she cleared NET (National Eligibility Test) in 2015 and currently is a guide at ISTD, Nagpur and has guided 5 students since 2022. She has been delivering many lectures at MCED on the topics Entrepreneurship, Marketing, HR and OB. She has a fundamental contribution in the areas of HR & Entrepreneurship. She has been associated with various forums like VIA and MCED. She has written more than 30 research papers in International journals like Scopus, Sage, Taylor and Francis, Sage Open and includes 104 citations till now. She is currently reviewer of Sage Open, Sage, Springer etc. She is an Editor in IIP Proceeding and Sage Open and has written 10 book chapters in IGI GLobal publisher and includes 07 books in Himalaya publications.
